We are an independent and family run Andalusian-inspired tapas bar, located on The Strait, Lincoln.
Our name Triana is taken from an area of Seville where tapas is said to have originated, and has been served since the 19th century. Its where we fell in love with tapas and the fantastic atmosphere there. We are passionate about recreating the authentic dishes and giving our guests a great experience. Our customers love our delicious home cooked food and our laid back atmosphere. The
perfect place to come with family and friends, to sample tapas from our favourite part of Spain.
Fantastic Tapas
Our regular menu offers fresh, tasty and authentic dishes, typical of what you would find in traditional little tapas bars all over Andalusia. We always use the best quality ingredients, and most of the menu is naturally gluten free. Our food is made fresh, so we are happy to make adaptations to suit your requirements.
In addition, we always have a few specials, so you can try something new each time you visit!
Desserts
Delicious homemade desserts include our Tarte de Santiago and Crema Catalana. Or why not try our churros with cinnamon sugar and Spanish hot chocolate, or our favourite Triana Pedro Ximenez sherry over ice-cream?
Drinks
We offer a wide selection of excellent wines and cava, cocktails, Spanish beers and cider. If you fancy something different try one of our sherries or vermouth.
We also have a range of alcohol free drinks and gluten free beers.
Our coffee is freshly ground using beans from The Lincoln Tea and Coffee Company. Pop in for a Cafe con Leche or Cortado.

Setting
Our Grade 2 listed restaurant was built in 1750, and is located on The Strait, a lovely cobbled street at the foot of Lincoln's famous steep hill. We are within five minutes walk from the main sites; Lincoln Castle, Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln Museum, The Usher Gallery and The New Theatre Royal. Flaxengate Car Park is only 100m away.
Inside, we are set over two floors. Downstairs we have high bar tables, and upstairs you will find lower dining tables. Both areas offer an
informal but special atmosphere.
