Six Spanish wines, vermouth and sherry, each paired with delicious tapas. We were joined by Kevin Clarke, who guided the tasting. On the tapas menu this time was:
- Jamon Iberico
- Home beetroot-cured salmon with pickled cucumber
- Baked seabass, Cadiz-style
- Braised ox cheek with sweet potato mash
- Baked goats cheese with Seville marmalade
- Tastes of Crema Catalana and Tarte de Santiago
